Hmm. Lets start off with an advertisement for siming.
This concert is organised by Youth for Causes team 4RT (join us in fb @ 4RT'09!), aiming to raise funds for Very Special Arts Singapore. VSA Singapore runs Visual and Performing Arts programmes for people with disabilities, and aims to provide them with opportunities to access the arts for rehabilitation and social integration.
Our concert, Esperanza - meaning hope in Spanish - will be held on the date and time as stated below. Tickets are priced at only $10 each, and all proceeds from the concert will go to VSA Singapore!
The concert will feature various cool performing groups such as:
• VSA Beneficiaries [highlight of our show!] – A girl with Down’s Syndrome who can play the piano, as well as a visually-impaired man who plays the piano and sings
• A piano and erhu duet [by professional adults]
• Music band Your Bittersweet Addiction from HCI
• Dance performances from Nanyang Chinese Dance and Modern Dance
• Drama performances (comedies)
It is definitely a show you can't miss! You will get to enjoy a night of brilliant performances and do a kind deed at the same time. Also, you will get to learn more about the less fortunate and how they persevere and strive to do their best in everything they do.
What can be better than helping the community and enjoying a night of fun at the same time?

Honestly imo it should be rather interesting and 10 bucks isnt exactly alot so yea haha. One thing though. Very subtle. Poster didnt say what time it ends lol according to facebook it ends at 8.30pm so its like uhm one hour only. Which is the pretty sad part.
So yea. Im quite certain im gonna go lol (quite certain meaning 90%) so yea its up to you guys. Bleh why is it one hour only lol. I'd rather play 15 bucks and go for one and a half hour =/.
Haha so pretty much their various cool performing groups will be the only groups. Rawr. Ah well doesnt matter.

Uhm. Went to dinner at The Square @ Furama Hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday lol. Its like some uber high class buffet restaurant which had a 1 for 1 discount on so we went. And its still damn ex after 50% -.-.

Cool haha. Anyway the food is really really really good and very unique and stuff haha. Its the kind of stuff you dont find easily in Singpore. Served quite abit of high class thai food today which is interesting. Oh and there was peking duck also lol.

Oh and on a side note, lesson learnt: no matter how great the food is, no matter how expensive the buffet is, dont overeat. Like. Dont. Really.

And talking about food, Clark Quay, Liang Court, Saizeriya Ristorante E Caffe. A good place to go next time. The price is rather good for the type of food it serves. You can get a freaking ribeye steak for 14 bucks and that is awesome. Like in the world where ribeyes cost like fifty, that is imba. Only other place I know that sells cheap ribeyes is Botak Jones which is another awesome place haha. So if theres any say birthday celebrations and want to eat at a higher class place (students definition of high class lol), then this is probably a good place to be. I would say the average price is around that of pastamania. And yey for freeflow drinks.

Weird lightning today. Like very fierce. You know how usually theres a flash, then the thunder? Currently its like 5 flashes consecutively, then the 1 thunder. And I already saw the trail of lightning not just the flash multiple times le. But then again anyone who has been to my house will know that you can see super far from one side of the house so if the lightning is somewhere out there I can see it I guess.

Faith and healing grace is awesome. Try it. When you fall sick with fever, this is what you do. Pray, believe that you will recover, and carry on with whatever you are doing. In 2 hours you will be fine. 2 freaking hours max. I can testify to that. Twice. Like 1 hour is possible. Im really beginning to see the power of God and for all those who believe in him. Whassit like to serve someone who tells you that whatever you ask for you will receive, and that person is the king of kings, lord of lords, and all authority and every victory is His. I recall in sec 3 NCO camp my vision (or was it mission) was to 'unleash and unlock the maximum potential in myself and in others'. Kinda applicable in a new light now that we have POP-ped already eh? ^^
