You are on Your throne

You are not a god
Created by human hands
You are not a god
Dependent on any mortal man
You are not a god
In need of anything we can give
By Your plan, that's just the way it is

You are God alone
From before time began
You were on Your throne
Your are God alone
And right now
In the good times and bad
You are on Your throne
You are God alone

You're the only God
Whose power none can contend
You're the only God
Whose name and praise will never end
You're the only God
Who's worthy of everything we can give
You are God
And that's just the way it is

That's what You are

I really love this song. Really. It just reminds us of the sovereignty of God.

Right now, in the good times and bad, He is on His throne, He is God alone.

Unchangeable, unshakable, unstoppable.

Its something that really resonated within me, and I first heard this song earlier this year during a period of shaking. It really impacted me, this simple reminder that God is in control. That no matter what happens, he is still seated upon the throne.

Haha non history students may not appreciate this fully, you may skip and hence the post ends here =p.

Haha James Lee Belcher is pretty cool, his teaching of history is funny, all the remarks that poke at historical figures and events =p. 'Hitler apparently forgot to told his men to stop marching, cause they went right on to take the rest of Czechoslovakia' xD.

And this Hitler is really some mad guy. I mean, ok fine we all know that already, but you gotta look at the things he says to know whats on his minds. Go google his famous quotes and you'll realise that this guy has the huge inflated ego, sometimes actually makes alot of sense, but hes still mad. Hitler seems to have a very critical insight into human nature. INTJ Haha. Oh noes im like a Hitler.

Wonder why I said those two statements above? Haha cause I found all the irony in Hitler quotes really amusing. Seriously, if you understand the context, Hitler, like Churchill, really makes some epic quotes.

Two about the Munich agreement!

"It is the last territorial claim which I have to make in Europe, but it is the claim from which I will not recede and which, God-willing, I will make good."
- referring to The Sudetenland, speech at Berlin Sportpalast September 1938

Hur hur. Im sure.

"Any alliance whose purpose is not the intention to wage war is senseless and useless. Well, he [Chamberlain] seemed such a nice old gentleman, I thought I would give him my autograph as a souvenir."
- after Munich Agreement September 1938

MOST EPIC QUOTE EVER. This said while the British prime minister Chamberlain was happily waving the paper with Hitler's signature on it about how peace has come to Europe.

Hitler should have been a comedian. Saves us all this trouble and brings us much joy. Hmph.

Haha oh well. Heres the end of the post for people who did read this =p.
