The God we serve

The God we serve, He is mighty. He is awesome.

Perhaps sometimes we fail to comprehend the God we trust in.

We are trusting in Jehovah Tsidkenu, the Lord our Righteousness.

We are cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, we are redeemed.

We are trusting in Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider.

When we choose to seek after him, he will provide. We can trust in Him to provide.

We are trusting in Jehovah Rohi, the Lord our Shepherd.

He leads us to still waters, he restores our soul.

We are trusting in Jehovah M'kaddesh, the Lord our Sanctifier.

We may not be perfect, we may not think we can do much, but we are trusting in a God who can transform us.

We are trusting in Jehovah Nissi, the Lord our Banner.

We raise our hands in worship, God has secured the victory for us.

We are trusting in Jehovah Rophe, the Lord our Healer.

Body, mind, soul, we are healed by His stripes.

We are trusting in Jehovah Shalom, the Lord our Peace.

And it is in this peace that we will live our lives filled with joy and hope.

We are trusting in God almighty. In Adonai, our Lord. In the Alpha and the Omega, in the Ancient of Days, in Immanuel, in the Saviour, the Messiah, the Prince of Peace, the Lamb of God, the Son of God.

We are trusting in Jesus Christ our Lord.

When we believe in revival, it may seem difficult, perhaps even impossible. But we do not serve just any God.

The God whom we serve, mighty and awesome does not begin to come close.

He is our Righteousness, our Provider, our Shepherd, our Sanctifier, our Banner, our Healer, our Peace. That is our God.

And you know what?

If you haven't noticed till now, its not just my God.

He is our God.
