Alaskan pollock tastes like alaskan pollock

So I made my first fish and chips without chips. It tastes, just like it is.

It looks different though, no idea how they make it look nice mine looks like hashbrowns but whatever it tastes the same.

Goodbye fish and co. Goodbye manhattan fish market. I dont need you guys anymore.
